Who you are contracting with
RoutePayAudit is operated by Tigran Avakov, a self-employed individual, Mirzo-Ulugbek 45A, 100007 Tashkent, Uzbekistan. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Tigran Avakov trading as RoutePayAudit, and "you" means the business using the service.

Amazon
RoutePayAudit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.
We use no logo or mark of Amazon. The name is used only to say whose settlements are checked.
What the service does
We recalculate the weekly settlement of a delivery service partner company from the settlement, work summary, scorecard and rate card files you upload or forward. We read supported PDF and CSV files. A value is used only after it is verified against the source, including what it means and which station and period it belongs to. Missing, uncertain, conflicting or incomplete data becomes a question to you, not a difference in payment. We show potential differences supported by those sources and prepare the text of a request that you can file yourself.
You supply the files yourself. We do not sign in to Amazon, fetch files from its portals or use a browser extension. You decide whether your agreement permits you to share the files. We do not promise to read scans or images without usable text: we may ask you for the original readable file. A rate card reading is a proposal; you must confirm a complete version and its effective date before it is used as your terms.
What a finding is, and what it is not
A finding is a potential difference from our recalculation of verified source figures and, where needed for the check, the rate version you confirmed. It is not legal advice, not accounting advice, and not a determination that anyone owes you anything. We are not a law firm or an accounting firm.
We do not contact anyone on your behalf. The text goes to you, and you decide whether to send it, from your company and in its name. We cannot promise that any request will be accepted or that any money will be returned.
Amounts you mark as filed or received are your records, separate from potential differences found by the checks. Reviewing a cost and reporting no issue does not mean that its payment was verified as correct.
Your account and your data
You sign in with your email address and password. Email links are used to verify the address or reset the password. Keep access to your email account and do not share your password.
Share only files and information you are entitled to share. Leave out customer or driver names, addresses and phone numbers when they are not needed for the check. You remain responsible for the files you supply, the rate version you confirm and any request you file. You decide what to share. Enter only what your agreement lets you share.
What we store, for how long, and who else handles it is set out in our privacy policy.
Plans, billing and cancellation
The free audit covers four distinct settlement weeks of one station and reads up to 40 documents. Replacing a document for a selected week, uploading it again or adding supporting documents does not use another week. To check additional settlement weeks or another station, choose a subscription. Previously checked reports remain available while the account is open. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices and limits are on the pricing page. There is no charge besides the subscription.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as merchant of record and as the seller for tax purposes. Your receipt and your card statement will show Paddle. Their buyer terms apply to the transaction itself.
Cancel at any time by emailing support@routepayaudit.com and we will do it within one business day. Cancelling stops the next renewal. The current period runs to its end. Refunds are covered by our refund policy, which gives you 14 days.
You can also cancel the subscription or update your card in the Paddle customer portal linked from Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal and leaves the current paid period available. Closing the company account is different: the person who created it can export its data and close it from Export and close. We cancel a live subscription before closing the account and beginning erasure. Unused whole months of an annual plan follow our Refund policy; a refund is handled by a person through Paddle, not paid automatically by this app.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to attack, overload or reverse engineer it, and do not resell its output as your own service without a written agreement with us.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules or that is used to process data obtained unlawfully. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running but cannot promise uninterrupted availability.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or for the outcome of a request you send.
Changes and governing law
If we change these terms materially we will email account holders before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new version.
These terms are governed by the laws of Uzbekistan. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of your own country where those rights apply.
