What counts toward the limit?
Routes a day: the average over the days with at least one route in the billing month, rounded down to a whole number. The plan is the smallest one that covers it.
Is there a share of what is returned?
No. You pay the subscription and nothing else. You file every request yourself, and we take no percentage of anything returned.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Email support@routepayaudit.com and we will do it within one business day. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You can also cancel in the Paddle customer portal, linked from the Billing page. The current period runs to its end. The terms and the refund policy have the details.
